Catawba County Champions of Education (COE) is a program that seeks to be a resource partner in Catawba County and to develop "champions" throughout the community to serve as advocates for education by 1) promoting the value of education and its link to economic prosperity, and 2) stimulating businesses, government, families and schools to work to improve education, both singly and collaboratively.
